Smart Message™
The EZhire™ platform communicates with your applicants via Smart Message™ to their mobile phone. Texting is the preferred manner of communication by applicants- whether it’s inviting the applicant to schedule their interview or sending them a reminder the day before and the hour before the interview. Texting keeps everyone engaged, and since the messages are automated, our technology makes your hiring process EZ!
Your selected package comes with a starter amount of text credits. Each message our system sends uses one text credit. 500 text credits will accommodate 100 applicants who go all the way through the complete interview process.
*Additional text credits are purchased in bundles of 500 for $25 (that’s $0.05 each).

You will have your own Text to Apply system to drive applicants to view your job postings. When applicants text your keyword to the short code, they will receive a link that will open your job post for them to view and apply.
Apply with QR Code
You will have your own Apply with QR Code system to drive applicants to view your job postings. When applicants scan your QR code, their mobile phone will automatically open to your job post for them to view and apply.
Hiring Posters
We’ll ship your personalized hiring posters to your doorstep, prompting applicants to apply through text or scan your QR code. Our posters are available in both English and Spanish, amplifying the reach of your hiring campaign.
